From Molfetta to Paso Robles
One story began in Molfetta, in the province of Bari, Italy. The other began around a very full table in the American South.
Cosimo grew up surrounded by focaccia bakeries, family farms, flowers, and coastal Southern Italian cooking. Kira grew up learning the joy of gathering around her grandmother’s Sunday table and cooking over campfires with her dad.
Different places. Different traditions. The same belief: Put good food on the table and people have a funny way of gathering around it.
